We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3 User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration or service requests
• Safeguard your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Refrain from engaging in harmful, offensive, illegal, or infringing activities
• Respect the intellectual property rights of MTOK Technology and third parties
• Report any unauthorized access or security breaches immediately via support@mtok.in
• Maintain appropriate backups of your data and content
• Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy

4 Intellectual Property

All website content, source code, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to MTOK Technology. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5 Payment Terms

• Accepted Payment Methods: Stripe, Razorpay, PayU, Bank Transfer, UPI
• Payment Schedule: Full payment is required prior to project initiation, unless otherwise agreed in writing with milestone-based payments
• Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise
• Refund Policy: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours to the original payment method
• Late Payments: Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be subject to service suspension and late fees

6 Liability and Warranty

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• MTOK Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for third-party services, software, or content integrated with our services
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of services complies with applicable laws and regulations

7 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all services, without prior notice, in case of:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-payment of fees
• Unlawful or harmful behavior
• Security concerns or breach attempts
• Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

You may request termination of your account by contacting our support team. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Perambalur, Tamil Nadu.
